Blissful Yoga & Massage was founded in 2007. The motto "Creating a blissful experience through the practice of yoga" is the heart of our business. Our purpose is to serve to you and the community by sharing the aspects of yoga, reiki and energy medicine. The different poses and breathing techniques will help you reduce stress, increase flexibility, relieve arthritis/chronic pain, improve concentration and muscle tone.
Treat yourself to an unique experience. Open your heart, feed your soul and embrace the present moment. Classes are for beginner/intermediate practitioners.
